"Hello Deb,
As I was sorting my photos from our lovely Birthday dinner at Billows on the 7th May I realized I had been very remiss and not sent you a note to say Thank You for a wonderful evening. Stephen and myself had a great time as did all our guests. The food was beautiful and all our guests have commented on how much they enjoyed the menu, please give our compliments to the chef. I have to say it was by far the easiest and most enjoyable party I have held in a while! Thank you for all your hard work and for being flexible and accommodating. Please also thank Mackenzie for all her help which was certainly above and beyond.

We are looking forward to returning sometime soon."
